So the story is - there's a VIP having their son/dotter's wedding there, so people attending the wedding walk-in and want rooms to stay. The management gave the rooms of people who booked before using Agoda/Booking.com/Klook to the walk in guests for the VIP wedding... that's what I understand lah.
