Oh. Bear in mind there are no ROI until you sell and have profit gained on the property.
Now can only treat it as Liabilty till the day you get the key and starting generating income by renting out or sell it. thumbup.gif

Developer just playing with numbers only. Sure will profit anyway.
Use common sense if sell so well, they don't need to offer 10% rebate.
If it's 10% probably qualify for iMiliki free MOT stamp duty for 1st time buyer.
Ask developer if this project qualify for iMiliki program by government.
