some developer slow progress part of the reason due to bad sales hence no funds from bank to pay contractor
For this project I think foundation was done prior official launching that's why progress is much faster

Also mainly because the china main con, not sure what tech or skill they use, really build very fast
Facilities level those trees already planted.

I think now waiting for connecting water and TNB plus paving road
