Clean tiles with stain marks

Hi, As per topic..anyone knows how I can clean stain marks on tiles as pic below? Newly bought unit..after came back from raya holiday found out there's leaking in the kitchen..tried to scrub the area with soap but to no avail. Still got reddish/brown stain lines

I think mostly because to clean cement used in grouting and also used to remove stain from welding (dissolved iron stain). No idea. Water coming from behind kitchen cabinet
