I can't find anyway to cover the other side so did one side only. tongue.gif I hope this one will also help block some water from the bottom, though I doubt it.

simon, clean looking  rclxms.gif
sure can feel the effect, esp when ur engine bay start to heat up, ur throttle response will be still good. i did mine & can feel the difference. if u cover the top part even better, if not slowly u will loose he throttle responsiveness.
*
thanks for your comment. i wanted to do the top part but duno if practical anot. Firstly need to find a way to secure the top part. Secondly scared bonnet will touch the cover. hmm.gif

So far just now i tried while driving. Got a tad little bit of improvement lor. maybe not covered enough. Will try and think of a way later. tongue.gif

power coating?

EH.. they say the original color; the factory use some machine to dye the paint to the rims, so its more longer lasting.

normal paint, if spray over it, can easily chip off..
eheh.. all kitty have been remove for the greater good thumbup.gif no more kittys but the roars of VTEC here..

hehe babyk u better do the same tongue.gif later kena cucuk

simon, i think that sound is DUE to the PP board u created.?? b4 that u didnt block the air ma, sound wasnt there wo.

I just ordered a ori honda timing belt. It cost rm170 and plus the bearing rm50+. So total about RM230+.

Honda timing belt ok kah? hmm.gif Says its also 100000 km mileage but advisable to change at 80000km.

lol. i forgot wat else it came with last time.

now i remember its the bearings.

i guess its ok price ma.

last time i got my very pricy sweat.gif

eh.. from wat i heard.. OEM belts are good n ok. can high rev but not meant to race la.
well.. once awhile high rev play abit shouldnt be a problem.

me n jfd using OEM belts i assume, well i m using OEM. tongue.gif

any higher i think its like power belt or toda racing belt liau.
*
Thats the thing, I dunno if it can sustain high rev anot (though my engine is stock. tongue.gif ). If it breaks it dead meat man. Im scared. sweat.gif

I duno why yours so expensive the belt and bearing. You sure its OEM? Not toda kah? brows.gif

So far no. Atleast it bounces back when u release it. Before fixing it was kinda frustrating to step on the clutch pedal.

y did u fix the pump? wats the problem u face before changing it?
actually i also got some problem with the clutch i think.. my clutch like not grasping too much, n almost till the end of releasing only got catching feel..

then when i let go throttle or throttle, sometimes, my car jerks.. i think this is becuz my throttle cable stuck.. anyone got this problem?
cuz i can't get a smooth slow throttling, it will sure jerk due to over throttling..
*
My clutch previously sank in. It's like when you press it, it will not bounce back fully. There is not enough free play.

Actually I have the same problem as u! Until now I still cant figure out what is the problem! doh.gif When step on accelerator or release accelerator suddenly the car jerk. Not very smooth. i changed engine mounting, replace new clutch, still the same..I give up already. If you got solution please tell me also.

I hate that jerky feeling.

QUOTE(moon* @ Oct 11 2007, 10:15 AM)
could it be the clutch worn out? the plate n related stuff?

mine is starting to wear liau..

usually when u press in 100%, u let go 50% like tat it will makan..

now need to release around 75% b4 it makan. so.. mech sed its wearing out soon. but still can drive.
*
Yep, time for clutch replacement.
