There is no AMD or Intel fake processor. Different market the heatsink and fan even different. The same model of processor from the same factory come out, they pack a bit different for the different market they going to ship to. You can go China and get one Intel or AMD processor and then you compare it with our Malaysia's Intel or AMD processor. The heatsink and fan is totally different from us.

Another example, original iPhone for global and China market they got even different spec for same model.

If the processor only pack in transparent plastic sealed box, usually it is for OEM. Transparent plastic sealed box with hard cardboard type of cover wrap around it, that one is retail packing.
