Checked on Aetas and Allevia. Aetas is leasehold and I am not a fan on decaying lease but the layout and private space are impressive. Allevia is surrounded by built condos so you can expect relatively peaceful living environment unless a surprise on the MRT location. Congestion is well known for MK but compensated by its strategic location to practically everywhere. Recently been looking around some properties for own stay.
