Would you go for a MK unit that is a few years old? Allevia’s location is really not my cup of tea but they’re gorgeous units though.

Since there’s no HOC now, there’s not much incentive to buy something brand new unless one doesn’t have any capital or you really really like some feature of this development that isn’t already available.

Alotta bargains in subsale luxury market I’d say even completed unsold units. You could negotiate for some great deals.

You’re in a very fortunate position as you have a really good budget for a unit. I’d be shopping around for something large, good build quality with views. Not many people can or will compete with you for a choice unit.

The only thing is the timeline for when you want to move in. With the deals by developers, there’s no hurry for you especially if you can wait for a few rounds of bad news.

Sometimes you’d be surprised at the direction you take. Like you, I was shopping around in the MK, Tropicana, Damansara areas with half your budget no less! Ended up with a KL city unit instead.
