aircond point help

guys, Im going to install aircond in my room but there is only 1 plug point which currently in use with extension on my high power consume PC. So how should I do? can I tap it from the plug point? or is the aircond installer know what to do? i know that it need like 20A of point or something please advise

Never share with the PC. U can fry the PSU when the AC compressor surges.

Im using it for my AC and PC, my PC not high power though.. normal only. lol but psu using 1000w hahaha xD Depends how thick the wire is most old house old school wireman usually using 4mm wiring for AC My gaming PC only using 1.5mm wire and 10amp for pc purpose only If cut cost type wireman 2.5mm wire 2hp AC plus your gaming pc the only thing worry are the AC overload pulling a lot of wattage and the wire melted short and can causing PSU pak safe to say you only need to replace PSU most reputable brand PSU come with safety fuse

There are times at night i will turn on all 3, AC, and the 2 PCs. But I will turn on PC first, then only AC. I think wire for AC they give the normal 3core grey cable lol

A: Yes, it is known as looping but it will put a large strain on the wiring. Good cable may last you for sometimes but if sub standard cable may caused wiring to heat up due to the carbon accumulation. Q: Does the AC installer knows what to do? A: If you are referring to whether does an AC installer has the ability to perform wire looping? Majority yes. Q: Please advise A: Always stick to the safest way when it comes to electricity.
