** Update got a call back from the retention team and he ask me whether I wan to take the old offer.

And I was like wtf, I already said that day I wanted to take the offer and told him so if not how can you cancel the port out to digi If I did not accept the offer.

THEN he told me my account cannot proceed that day because my account was suspended and I ask him what do you mean suspend I even paid one more months in advance. He could not explain just say he cannot go thru that day and cannot call me back.

Trying to divert the question so now I told him 2 months already overcharged me how? He told me to call billing team and ask he cannot do anything. I said I will report to MCMC if they do not do anything about it. I told him everything is recorded in the call. And the guy got scared and say he will call back and see what he can do.
Got this mesg lol.

Not all people who port out will be called. Later become like your case, retain but become more expensive.

As long as you do not report to MCMC, they will drag long long time. Good luck.

well i did register my interest via online and Digi did whatsapp me to verify my interest now tho.. separately i did state my intention thru fb dm today

Abit regret should take digi only rm 130 for 500 Mbps. Or 100 for 300 Mbps. The money saved can buy ps5 if 5 years contract.

Received the mesg

RM0 unifi: Yr UNIFI Modify Order#: 1-51660519397 has been successfully created. Install date: 14/05/2022. TQ.

So complain then ada action. Called 100 tm and ask what is this order. They check and told me is to install the new router. When I ask about the 2 month's did not update to the new plan they told me to contact billing department.

Called Billing department and ask at first she told me ya because i got take IDD international call package which charge rm 30 a month. So the bill rm 129 + rm 30 = rm 159 with gst is rm 168.54.... I shot her back then wtf la is the counter offer it's the samething...

She ask me did I agree for the IDD charge. I said I did not, I even told the guy even the phone number also xda pakai. Only use for internet.

Then she said check again...she said my new package pula belum start. But tadi say rm 129 + rm 30???

Now she say will make a complaint again to the revelent person about this case...Have to wait 15 days.

Lol what is going on

Not sure, that's why stick with unifi if any problems ada customer service. And alot tm net van jalan sini sana. And when down next day got ppl come and check.

Only this time encounter such problems.

got this mesg after 4 operators. Got my wifi router and rebate.

So after 2 years might switch to digi since I'm in the contract for 2 years.

So those who encounter this problem hope this might help.

I wonder how they charge you? I would never link and card or bank to them ever.
