Where u buy bosch wasching machine?

And hows the service and parts availability? Easy to find ppl for service/repair and parts?
*
For bosch, the spare parts will be shipped directly from germany. No local spare parts for their machine. For repair, better just call their service team.

Lead time for spare parts is usually around 1~2 months.

Oh ok, thanks. Hows the charges for the service team? Is it on the high side?

And is bosch reliability is good? If really good, then i might try this as my next brand.

If you

1. Have no life due to no work life balance
2. Have no time due to always come back late
3. Too lazy to wash and dry out your clothes

Suggest to buy washer dryer combo. Put in clothes before going work, come back can lipat edi. So convenient.

And get a wm with timer.... When to start/end washing. Really useful.

Those days when I required to work in the office. I'll set it start to wash at 5am. So that when I'm awake at 6am, I can straight away sidai the baju.

My previous wm was a Bosch. Used for about 14 years. No breakdown.
Only require to replace the drum stabilizer/ strut absorbers once due to wear and tear.
And when it hit 14 years plus the absorber worn out again. That's when I decided to give it away and bought a new wm. Panasonic this time.

for 8kg front load, do we need to put maximum 8kg of clothes or we can only put the clothes up to certain level (2/3 of the drum space)?
*
A few factors to consider.
1. Condo or landed? If condo, then space is a premium so front loaders are better for that. Otherwise, stick with top loaders since their capacity is usually higher for lower price.
2. Number of occupants. If you have 4-5 people, definitely look at getting at least 12kg or higher. You waste more water/electricity doing multiple loads.
3. Maintenance. Choose a good brand that has local warranty and repair services. Don't wanna wait for spare parts to get shipped from another country.

My technician came back the next day with the absorbers.

I believe the common spare/replacement parts are available in msia . Don't think Bosch operates in such inefficient way as described by a forumer .

Actually the charge for their service team is quite fair. When my parents machine had the drum replacement, the service fee is only around rm180. The bulk of the bill went to the parts.

In terms of reliability, no difference than other brands i guess. But their staff did tell me, try to never overfill your machine. That should prolong the life of the machine and the drum.

i dont really recommend 2 in 1

either wash not clean enough ; or not dry enough

now i am using separate with cheapo dryer ; i feel the cheapo dryer works better than formal 2 in 1
