Try bateriku service, buy one battery for my car dec last year.
My battery not 1 year already kaput, brand is Astra. Ask them come, they charge me RM30 and take back battery.
Their warranty term is unclear. No refund of RM30 if these fault are customer faults
(example, light no turn off, fuel pump problem, altenator problem). ..
Now waiting their investigation result. blink.gif

Just change a battery with them recently. They will charge RM30 if the problem is not battery. So the fee is for mobilisation. I guess for warranty replacement also apply.

Hi,
Battery Saga just Gong 😆 Workshop hasn't reopen from holiday.

Anyone has experience to get a battery from Bateriku.Com?

My Concern: Warranty!
Say. Grab from Petrol Station, battery claim procedures very leceh & long, right? If replace at workshop, they would replaced 1 to 1 for me.

Ok. They are very on time.

The battery price a bit higher, but for me is ok.

I think the batteries at Bay Brothers is cheaper than bateriku but you have to do the installation yourself. Bay Brothers also rebate RM15 - RM20 for the old battery

i think its all depends on terms and conditions.
To be honest, there will be time and materials involved. Who will bear these? The technician cant work for free right?

Made appointment at 10am, the technician came at 11.30am

Time wise not so great

Maybe because my case is scheduled 2 days earlier and not breakdown issue

Try astra, will know in a year, the quality

I asked the tech from from bateriku, if battery faulty within warranty, should be replaced new for you and refund the RM30?

i think yorae meant his car won't start as battery went dead , but after bateriku come jumpstart or charging it , bateriku 'deemed' the old battery as ok still not faulty , thus using back old battery and no change new battery , so no refund Rm30.

Borrow the thread…

What is average life span for the car battery?

Does installing dash cam in the car affect the car battery durability?
