Lahhh tanya race pun, nationality, gender pun salah ke. Lainlah dia specific not prefer certain condition nak report. Kalau sekalipun dia prefer certain condition, dia punya HAK lah, RUMAH dia sukahati la.

Memang common la kau isi form ape pun ade race, nationality, gender. common dik.

Kau pula, kau tak suka, carilah rumah lain. Simple.

so far my experience

malay 01 rent house - leave after 3 months due to work

malay 02 rent house - good paymaster but missed 1 payment during covid

chinese 03 rent house - good master

chinese 04 rent shop - cibai every month late and need call him only pay cibai like i owe him money

malay 05 rent house - pelik paymaster sometimes 2 bulan tak bayar sometimes pay advance 2 months....close 1 eye

are you an owner? how much is the rent that we are talking about? if owner simply rent it to an irresponsible tenant and move out after a year or so, the rental that received might not even enough to cover the repair cost. if you been thru this then you will feel the pinch and headache. i'm sure each owner have theirs specific reason to rent to a certain category of people.

yes i am house owner. of course we expect the owner to have some specific requirements, no doubt about it. but what we dont want is wasting potential tenant time, call also not free you know.

if owner dont want to to rent to a specific group, mention those in the ads. so what being called a racist, sexist or descriminate some groups.
