I'm not sure whether this helps but you guys who have problem while playing Dota can give this a try. This actually applies to those who have BSOD of freeze while playing Dota but who knows it applies to your problem as well..."change ur sound setting in warcraft 3 to Dolby Surround". It may sounds weird but who knows?
