can, a direct wall charge using the portable charger that usually comes with your car can charge around 10 amp
so it will take about 10 hours for small battery ev to charge from 1% to 100% in optimal condition

aiyo so many calculator out there
assuming your car charge at 100% efficiency
and you charge using direct portable cable
a 33 kwh battery to full charge is RM 7.19
charge using a level 2 or level 1 plug is much more cheaper and safer
