i rma'ed' many kingstons product over there and they are quite fast less than 2 weeks i get back brand new box they even give u a call to pick it up at zero cost summoreNeed Help. Kingston product lifetime warranty RMA, Where is the place??

u can always approach convergent ... they are free too
