Big 4 consulting firm Manager pay bracket is RM8k-RM10k. (Generally quite low compared to other big-name consulting firms.) (I'm not talking about audit roles btw)

It doesn't really matter that their client is a global bank as consulting firms are project-based. Some projects can span 1 month all the way up to >1 year. You'll likely be in more than 1 project if you stay for more than a year.

Unless you're being hired as a staff augmentation/managed service kinda role. Meaning, you are hired by the consulting firm, but you are outsourced to the client until you resign or until the client doesn't need you anymore.
