Remarks: My second year in this role. Before this i was in call center at the same company for 5 years, moved to the other department (promoted). Coming from call center, the new role is much better as i dont have to deal with customer. Mostly doing processing job. Since we're supporting the UK office, work start at 4pm everyday, no traffic jam so that's a good thing. kinda underpaid for someone at my age
