Do you think you are underpaid since with your current years of experience, you should be at least an Assistant Manager with salary more than 6k. I am in the same field with you with 2+ years experience and my company is already paying the similar amount as yours so Im trying to research on the pay before considering a job change since Im mainly doing tendering only
