What do you guys think should be the way to negotiate salary with your new company?

I am jumping to a company that has a reduction of 10 days AL compared to before, lower epf employer contribution, lower medical.

Should I ask for 30% of my basic and fix allowance or take into consideration the AL and epf contribution as well?

I am thinking of asking for 40% but due to the company being a little cost efficient I am worried of losing the job opportunity.

For 10 days AL
Assume 20 days working per month on average including PH, AL, Medical

You should ask for 10/(240/annum) more.
Which is roughly 4% increment for that aspects.
