Growth prospects : There are growth opportunities, but the processes in place are relatively informal and not aligned with standard industry practices as its a relatively new company, which IMO may limit my long-term progression.
Where I will go from here : Preferably in a Private Equity/ Venture Capital company or an investment/acquisition arm of a large MNC.

Been contemplating to pursue a MBA at UKM, ideally one would take finance papers like CFA but I don't think I'm up to scratch to take it as its purely theory based and the passing rate is quite low.
