When you were being underpaid for ages and the new company is at least half decent in giving appropriate compensations, this is typical outcome. Don't have to do stupid thing like editing payslip which later can come up to bite your own ass

My case almost the same although the need to relocate made it much easier to jump that much in term of basic salary

Is this your personal experience?
Feel sorry for you if that's the case. Majority of IT employees have flexibility in regards of their working hours + hybrid working policy. Im barely 8hours per day and only 1day per week in office.

You're at the wrong company if you have to work 12hours and weekend too.time to jump ship bro like seriously 😂
