I think it depends on your experience and last drawn salary too. Personally I know people ranging from 10-20s K.

I'm not sure what's your career progression path but in my case its something like this:
Analyst -> Engineer -> Architect

Do your role have any certification you can take?
Exam is one good way to gain knowledge and show your employer you are ready to take additional responsibility

What type of analyst are you?
IT related such as NOC or SOC?

What's your core skillset?

Then my recommendation is to continuously brush up your technical skills. Make all your stakeholder recognize your capability.

Money and position will come eventually buddy 🙂

You are a IT business analyst? As we are slowly transitioning into agile, maybe take a few product owner course to make the transition into a new role?

I think you need to elaborate more on your own career. People are trying to help but you are dropping bits of info here and there.
