I think it depends on your experience and last drawn salary too. Personally I know people ranging from 10-20s K.

If my last drawn salary between 4-5k, how much expected I can get for an increment?

Seeing y'all salary very high, makes me so peanuts. And my current job kinda stunted the skills growth

I'm not sure what's your career progression path but in my case its something like this:
Analyst -> Engineer -> Architect

Do your role have any certification you can take?
Exam is one good way to gain knowledge and show your employer you are ready to take additional responsibility
*
I think I can, but I don't know where to start, since my work dealt a lot with engineer

What type of analyst are you?
IT related such as NOC or SOC?

What's your core skillset?

In a way turn tech lingo to layman term in order stakeholder to understand what happened

Then my recommendation is to continuously brush up your technical skills. Make all your stakeholder recognize your capability.

Money and position will come eventually buddy 🙂
*
I love to do that, but I don't know which part that I can brush up better

You are a IT business analyst? As we are slowly transitioning into agile, maybe take a few product owner course to make the transition into a new role?

More towards real time analyst

I think you need to elaborate more on your own career. People are trying to help but you are dropping bits of info here and there.

You mentioned your core skillset is to "turn tech lingo to layman term in order stakeholder to understand what happened". You can put your core skillset into practice now 🙂

My apologies, my head not in right place

My current team : Incident Management Team

I'm the intermediary between BPO and engineer whenever an outage happened to related tools eg. Calls tools, chat tools, my task also providing insight to local stakeholders what happened.
