The effect of porn created a stigma for adults that penetration should last xx hours or long minutes - which is totally subjective. In a lot of occasions, the mind / head plays a huge role in your orgasm - but one should never feel ashamed or embarrassed to reveal or communicate this to their partner, because remember, sex is always a two-way thing.
Your sexual stamina also requires a lot of practice, a lot. Exercises do help, eating and sleeping right too. Some kegel exercise will help for sure. Try not to think about it too much, communicate with your partner and eventually you will be able to get out of it.
