First time posting. I'm in my early 30s but i haven't had much sexual experience, more like a monthly basis. I think I've always had Premature Ejaculation.

I started masturbating since I'm 14, only started having sex at the age of 24.

Now I feel that my hardness is not as great as before, and i still ejaculate minutes after penetration, sometimes few minutes, maximum 10-15 minutes. it does help if i'm being ridden but worse when i'm the one pumping. I think it's less of a psychological issue for me. I'm uncut, heard that means more sensitive? I'm also not very sexually active. If I masturbate, I can make myself ejaculate in the matters of seconds.

Thought of seeing a doctor, but am afraid of the medication side effects (presuming that most of these sessions are often dealt with medications only), and although it's completely normal for a doctor to see you naked, but I don't feel comfortable being seen naked by another guy, even if he's a doctor.

Any successful stories to share out there?

Dude, if you're uncomfortable showing your dick to a doctor (male or female) how the heck can you be comfortable showing it to a lady? Maybe that's part of your problem too, you're too self conscious and nervous that it is causing PE.

Unless you're at the stage of ED, it is unlikely any urologist would prescribe any medications for you for this issue.

If your dick isn't as hard as it used to be, try the following first :-
How's your BMI and physical fitness? Poor? Get that sorted out first.
How's your diet and other lifestyle habits? Doing drugs? Smoking? High stress? Eating unhealthily? Try improving it first.
How's your cardiovascular health, BP and blood sugar levels? Get that sorted out too, if your erections are weakening then its a precursor that you're developing other health troubles.

10 minutes is quite well. Try magic tissue
Btw, my masturbation since I was 11

I've never heard of magic tissue. A numbing agent of some sort?

Well I haven't been with a lot of ladies, showing to girlfriend is on I suppose? You may be right. You've never had performance issue?
My BMI is normal, no drugs smoking. Quite healthy generally.

Usually ED or losing stiffness to an erect penis is a first sign of heart or cardiovascular related diseases. Could also be early stage buildup of plaque in your arteries, you have to remember the arteries that feed blood to your erectile tissues are among the smallest arterial vessels in the body only 2mm width therefore its among the easiest to suffer a blockage.

The other issue that could be causing it especially as you age if low testosterones level. This can be due to aging or you may have other underlying health issues.

Anyway best to visit both a cardiologist and urologist.

Was having some performance issues last year due to stress from work, bad diet and poor lifestyle choices in addition to being obese. Refractory period became longer and erections were no longer as frequent or as firm. Now back to normal thanks to some choices I made.

I see thanks for sharing. Did you visit both specialist to recover though?

I been seeing a cardiologist for hypertension issues.

I was given a referral to see a urologist but cardiologist suggested I take steps to perform more exercises, eat healthily and have a better lifestyle first before seeing the urologist as she was very likely to say the same thing.

Therefore I decided to take early retirement, eat a ketogenic diet, exercise 5 times per week and move to burn at least 750kcal per day and most importantly sleep at least 8 hours per night.
