MARINA is already expected to leave after this summer transfer windows. If BOEHLY think he can take over immediately, i believe MARINA will be happy to leave immediately as she no longer have the power like what RA used to give her regarding club decision.

I agree with u not all her decision is correct, i have no problem if she is leaving or staying. Someone posted here her status was "open to new opportunity" or something similar when the club went up for sale, naturally that means she is leaving probably after the transfer windows. I am more than happy if BOEHLY bring someone of his own, is his club now, we would like to see improvement, without MARINA leaving we will not know whether we can get better CEO to do a better job or worse. For MARINA, i only have thank you for her when she left the club, she contributed to what CHE it is now, a great club. You can argue CHE might have won more without her, but that is hypothetical. Truth is she leave us in a good state instead of a BARCA/MANU. New owner new style, bring it on, for better or worse we will see in the future.

Problem is some of the issue u blame the board does not make sense, like u trying to pin LUKAKU flop solely on the board when they splash 100m backing TT when he need a striker and again the target is with TT blessing. Those academy talent that is let go is because the manager did not want to utilize them. Do you think the board let go KDB/SALAH ? that is JM unable to utilize them because we have MAZACAR in the first eleven. Over bloated wages ? FFP ? you the one that keep saying pay whatever RUDIGER want to keep him, pay whatever to bring HAALAND in.

Those loan army situation i will have to agree board have to share the blame. I said share blame, because those backup player dont come in without the manager say yes. Board should have stay firm and ask manager utilize our youth player. Ok now come the fans, ppl want ALONSO replaced, do you have the patience and wait till we sell him then buy a new player ? or buy a new player first and when ALONSO refuse to leave then turn into loan army again ? or do we sell ALONSO then use EMERSON/KENNEDY as backup or continue let them be in loan army ?

So this window onwards we can blame boehly if any transfer not work out? 😂

I agree is unfair but these loan army issue is CHE problem, as a CHE manager now, it became part of his problem cause those wage bill indirectly affecting the player he can get now and future. Actually i dont think TT and board can do much now, as long no buyer, they unwilling to leave, CHE can only subside their salary, let them go out on loan and wait for their contract expired. But like the example i mention earlier with ALONSO, does TT want to continue creating this loan army cycle ? We need to at least confirm we can sell ALONSO (waiting BARCA), then only we can get someone in, else the cycle continue. Bad news is things have been quiet on our first team outgoing, nobody was link for a transfer to other club, this will limit TT bringing new player even if he have the fund.

Regarding KOUNDE deal, i am not sure is we waiting for KOUNDE decision or SEVILLA waiting for us to up offer, media seem like indicating the later. For LUKAKU if we accept INTER peanut offer then the deal is thru. Both of these i believe BOEHLY can intervene and get this through immediately, but why does he not ? I am not complaining, prefer to let the expert assign to the job to make the decision and judge later.

Why RUDIGER initial contract offer is so bad ? because he is not LAMPARD first 11, he was totally ignore by LAMPARD, so naturally board will not go against the manager and offer something great to RUDIGER. That why i say, how can we blame board on everything when manager have the most say on things regarding players.
