Things that I searched around about ETH:
1. He never show his wife and kids to the public and kept them very low profiles, this showing he doesn’t like to show off, so players who like to show off their lifestyle maybe in danger
2. He prefer his office to be full glass that can be shown to the training ground, this to show to the players that they know when is the time to look for him if they have questions
3. Many managers prefer 5 vs 5 training but he prefer 11 vs 0 training
4. He prefers his GK, CB and full backs to dictate the passes from the back.
5. He has the ability to transform so so average players to become good players as long as their work rates are high and listened to manager, i.e. Fred, McTom, Elanga
6. He is quite a perfectionist - ie ground grass need to be 2cm long, or the arrangement of the beverage in-front of the pc table etc
His weakness:
1. He don’t like to use all the sub and always make sub late
2. His tactical switch was poor but his pre match preparation was very detail and good, one example Dutch cup final where his Ajax was loosing to PSV and he made his sub so late in the match (Sounds familiar? Ole?). I do went to Ajax page and the fans also criticised him for the late sub. Another example was UCL last 16 vs Benfica, he never fully used his sub quota. So we might expect the same thing.. hehe
