i do wish him to stay on for 1-2year as consultant.....
too bad only he decided to leave/ been dismiss.....

now can only put hope on Erik magic to work....
even i wish the club announce some signing asap, but i prefer Erik put some though on player who suit his playstyle....

as i alway say, i dont mind to lose....
but i wan see a TEAM who work and play together.....
among so many year after SAF, last year is the worst as u can feel the crack within the team via LIVE Match ....

for me, RR is the scapegoat.....
- interim manager.....no power given....
- no new signing during his tenure...
- team already crack before his appointment....
- same interim manager > unable to get the coach team that he want....


one thing i would like to thanks him....
- fuck off the board and team before the sacking.........
- make it easier for the new manager to sent off more player.....
- make it public regarding the board so that the board have to support the new manager more....

some might disagree on his selection of starting player....
but
how many power given to him for selection? we dunno....maybe he under pressure to start certain player.....
how bad is the crack within the team? we dunno....all the player seem like seperated into 3-4gang....
coaching staff who really support him? we dunno....plus he only able to get 2coach who not really his priority.....

anyway hopefully new manager get more backing to get player who suitable for his play.....
Lose nvm.....but get a TEAM who fight for the CLUB....player who understand n suitable for current manager play...not like blur blur on the pitch without any execution/formation....
