This is true. Above a certain amount, they will either split payment or pay lump sum. For lump sum, there is some deductions. You don't get exactly 95mil. I remember it was 10% or 15% lower than actual amount. If pay u by installments, a few years if I'm not mistaken.The payment would need to follow whatever TNC of the lottery game.
