This is not a good justification. Can set up a committee with gov servant to verify the real winner that really exists and not some proxy. This is to ensure it is 100% genuine and all people will go buy. Like casino all will go since confirmed 100% legit.

They will verify with their cctv so far i read from old k post bout big winning.

Best to stay low till you confirm got your money in bank until next big winner.
