After hours of googling.
Minoxidil seem work. Refer the description below or google for more info.
I bought one few weeks ago in www.eBay.com.my keyword: minoxidil

Good luck

WHAT IS MINOXIDIL?

Minoxidil is a vasodilator (the process in which the blood vessels expand), originally used to treat high blood pressure in an oral drug known as Loniten. During the use of this drug, it was later discovered to have significant "hair regrowth" capabilities. In 1988, Pharmacia & Upjohn Co. first introduced the FDA-approved formula under the brand name "Rogaine" which was proven to STOP HAIR LOSS in its tracks, and actually help REGROW HAIR BACK THAT WAS ALREADY LOST!!! Since 1996 (patent expired Feb 13, 1996), these products and strengths can now be sold over-the-counter as non-prescription drugs. The minoxidil up for sale is a clear solution, not a foam, gel, or irritating lotion. Both the 2%(Men and Women) and 5%(Men Only) have now been approved by the FDA for over the counter distribution. Although the mechanism of action to this day is still unknown, Minoxidil still exceeds as the number one treatment for hair loss in the United States!!!

WHO CAN USE MINOXIDIL?

Minoxidil has been proven to be effective to stop hair loss and regrow hair for both men and women of all colors and types. Typically the 5% and above is for men only, and the 2% strength is for both men and women. If you are just starting to thin on the top of the scalp, it is recommended that you start with the 2% first, and see how this strength works, before moving on to a stronger concentration. Women should not use any strength higher then the 2%.

DO NOT USE MINOXIDIL IF YOU:
*

Are currently Pregnant or lactating
*

Under the age of 18
*

Currently use other medications on the scalp
*

Have infected, irritated, painful or sunburned scalp
*

If you have any doubts about using this product, talk to your physician first

Hello chgchksg128, thanks so much for the advice! I have actually tried Propecia before, but it did not really work for me. As in, there was certainly no increase in my hair growth, so i was scared about just swallowing pill after pill and stopped taking it altogether (i have already voted btw! good blog!). I am thinking of taking serious steps like getting hairpiece or something. You guys got any suggestions where I can go?

Hey hikochi, i know i feel very yucks about getting a wig too, but i heard they have some new technology in some spore haircare centres which can make the wig look so undetectable to the eye and to touch. also ah, i heard some horror story about hair transplant, i m damn scared to go for surgery unless i m like super desperate, haha m short of cash too la. thought i try a wig first and see whether it is okay. my fren in singapore got one from some place and he says its pretty good, i just go for consultation first la,refuse to sign contract or anything yet, will keep you updated on whats going on! thanks!

Hey! Actually i took it for lets see...around 1 and half years, my hairfall reduced slightly, but not much difference. It is just becoming more and more obvious that my hairline is receding and I am getting a bald patch. This is really really horrible, cant even show my face out in public. Thats why i want to take more drastic steps, whether it is hair transplant operation or hairpiece. I went down to Singapore last weekend actually, woah the traffic jam at the causeway is crazy man, anyways i went to several haircare centres to figure out what I can do and I have shortlisted down to a few. Will research a bit more and find out whether have bad rep or something. Will keep yall updated!

Hey guys... I'm planning of going sign up for Svenson Hair Center treatment next week. Aged 20. But i have been suffering from the hair drop problem since secondary school. My forehead is receding since teenage and its getting more serious nowadays. My forehead has become an obvious M shape. I have tried using tonic from Hairpro but doesn't seems working.  sad.gif  sad.gif  sad.gif

Does anyone been to this kind of hair growth centre and got any experience to share? What kind of treatment do they do on our scalp and hair ? And how's the treatment price ? I urgently really need some advices and suggestions from u guys. Is Svenson better or Yunnan ??? icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif  icon_question.gif

Hope u guys can share some experience and help me out ... thz

hair loss most of the time is due to insuffiecient oxygen circulation to the root of your hair. it also because of the not enuf nutrien deliver to your hair.

i woould personally recomend your to go to see a Dr on the issue. they would most probably eithier use Mesotherapy ( but it's ban in singapore ), microneedling therapy and lights to treat your. result is assure and it's much cheaper than going to those hair centre.

Hi all, over the last weekend, went down to Singapore hair centre called iaremyhair. so far, i am pretty impressed. they werent pushy, they explained everything i needed to know about wigs and how they have good technology so that hairpiece looks undetectable. i signed a contract with them which will last 12 months, and they are providing a min no of maintainence sessions as well as minimum number of wigs. i am quite happy withy my choice. m going down next weekend again to start fitting for my first piece. yay i m quite excited!!!

i will prefer to get regaine or head way..they are tad more expensive but they are at least original. Kirkland sells for around RM 150 on the market and if it goes for 200 for 3 months i am afraid it might not be real...

. There are only 3 ways to address hair loss problem.

Wrong!!! ---- 4th is:

Make the best of what is YOU. Restyle (but no combovers pleeze), mamak electric no 1 or 0, shave skinhead, wear cap, etc.

Unattached? You need to know that potential partners (esp gals, a few told me) sometimes LIKE thin hair.

All the rest is false ego, grasping for the unreal and unattainable. Enjoy being yourself in your own present life!

BF1 Hair Treatment Set cost only RM1,888 for 12 treatment. It usually can see some improvement after 7 days of first treatment. It first trial treatment however cost RM88. You can opt for cancellation after dissatisfied with the result of first treatment. Subsequebnt treatment charge RM128 or you pay for whole course after less your trial treatment cost.

If that is not within your budget. You can always buy their homecare hair growth set cost RM462. You will be given one homecare Hair Growth set for free if you sign up it treatment set. The above all has been feature by Nanyang? this year (2007) as a product that have 0% complaint rate.

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK - FINAL..if you can grow your hair back in 7 days then it's not a hair loss product but a miracle product. Please do not promote products like this here. Don't capitalize on people's desperation to cure hair loss. There is no evidence whatsoever on how this product can regain back your hair. You are also overpricing this product, the costs is less than RM10 per bottle..
