Like I said, I prefer better user experience. The fact is, I use phones for 20 years but never got a screen crack. That's not a tradeoff to me.

It's ok that he is rich and willing to pay Rm600 each time to replace a 2k screen....but what he mention TG doesnt help at all on screen crack , it only help on Scratch ...which mean totally confusing people here ....i prove him with a video that TG do help u survive from certain condition and u save your rm600 up...


if TG doesnt help on screen crack how the hell that video showing that the phone is surviving.... there are stil thousand of drop test video with temp glass on youtube , takkan want i copy all and paste here , me myself crack dunno how many pcs of Temp Glass due to human error / accidently and yes it save my pocket to change the whole screen , in my whole life only once my wife note9 break at the corner which TG doesnt cover because of Curve Screen....and the total damage is Rm980 change at samsung The Garden Service center

Like I said before, if it's a serious crack on tar, the main screen would still crack, TG can't secure it. I saw that a couple of times on my colleagues phone. You missed my point. If TG is stronger than Corning Victus, I would buy TG for sure.

Whatever. Ok I start to feel poisoning in this tread. TG is the best, you should always use it.

So far so good, left and right alignment out a bit even though using the tool but it’s ok.

When I installing, 3 dust manage to stick on the tg, so need to lift and put the sticker under the glass to remove the dust.
For some edge that not mage to stick, just need to apply the oil provided to make the bubble disappear.

Overall satisfied with the TG size.

Good for u bro. I got kids, cant afford to do this sadly. Now with the preapplied film, i dont feel safe too

i still waiting my casing and TG to come, now using stock casing and film now

can't wait my arrive and try it out see it will beat smartdevil / ibywind , recently smartdevil quality seen not so good...will appear white edge easily , need to repair with the white edge liquid....

If you align this taobao TG nicely, there will be less white edge, my alignment was not good so my whole right side of the TG have white edge but just apply oil and no more white edge.

It's just like insurance, matter of personal preference for peace of mind

Some prefer additional protection, just in case when accident happens, even though is latest victus glass, is still glass

Glass is glass and glass will, you know, breaks

Ps, in fact, the harder the glass is, the more brittle (easier to shattered) is it. Tempered glass at 9H hardness, is better for scratch protection, because newer gorilla glass version is made softer (easier to be scratched) for better mitigate against shattering, but Tempered glass also provide better drop protection, however not as good as a good casing with rubber bumper that prevent direct contact of glass edge when drop

Pps, personal preference is not using tempered glass because I have slight OCD that cannot stand white edge due to not able cover fully properly. With curved glass is also harder to apply glass (OT but just in case you consider one with curved glass)
