CS advised that they will enable voLTE within 24 hours. Keeping my fingers crossed.

It's done. Maxis voLTE is now working on my GT2 Pro.

Yeah bro.. it's my work line so i often take cellular calls and need to use data at the same time. The added voice quality due to voLTE also helps a lot.

I called 123. Just tell them you're on a Realme GT2 Pro. It's on the Maxis list.

Realme GT2 Pro is on Celcom, Digi and Maxis voLTE lists. I can vouch for Digi and Maxis from personal experience.

My phone seems ok. Am on FHD+ with 'auto' screen refresh rate setting.

Turned on the 'show refresh rate' option. I can see the display ramping up and down 10 / 15 / 30 / 60 / 120. Usually 10 fps when I stop touching the phone.

What other bugs are you experiencing?

I agree. The pricing of the Android flagships is getting ridiculous. Makes the iPhone a value buy, almost. Similar pricing with at least 5 years of software updates, very tempting.

Anyway, I'm kinda getting fed up with the auto brightness feature of the gt2 pro. Screen gets too dim in darkness and takes too long to adjust by itself. I've had to disable auto brightness for now.

Anyone else feel the same?

I've been entertaining the thought of selling off my gt2 pro and getting the cute and compact ip13 mini as my work phone.

The auto brightness issue has been bugging me for some time plus carrying 2 big phones (ip13 pro max + gt2 pro) when outdoors has been pretty inconvenient.

Will be passing it to my son soon. Just bought an iPhone SE 2022 to use for work instead. Back to a small phone ha ha.

Anyone tried the android 13 open beta for the gt2 pro yet?

My son tried 5g last month using the free-addon from Digi on his gt2 pro (and me on my iphone 13 pro max). it's ok but personally I don't think it's worth the RM10 extra per line that Digi is asking for it.

I'm on digi postpaid 60 and he's on a family 20 supp line.

No 5g in my area yet. But 5g is available where I work.

The last time I tried Yes in the 2010s, their coverage in Penang island was not as good as the other telcos. Not sure if they’ve improved now.
