Govt is is Klinik Kesihatan. The rest are private

Oh.. forgot. Last time Got Klinik 1 Malaysia. These operate in private building but I think now no more or reduced in number.

I think Klinik Kesihatan (like Klinik 1 Malaysia) mostly a place where those medical students graduated do their practical, but the is at least 1 experience doctor that they can refer to stationed there, just like Emergency section in hospital even on weekend.

Klinik is more on general health and if anything serious, you will be referred to hospital, just like private clinic.

Well, even if you go to private hospital, the so called specialist probably just as fresh doctors with minimum experience. Most experience specialist doctors are in govt hospital. It is just the waiting time is long.

Yes. This is correct. Normally they have specific schedule for specialist on visit. You can make appointment if not urgent.
