Not Cool???!!! NOT COOL???!!!!
To me it's still the sleekest and collest keyboard.
It doesn't need fancy lighting or stuff like that...... just plain menacing out from the box..........

A full LCD keyboard would be CRAP for gaming....... I'm even having my doubts on the optimus being a gaming keyboard. The key thing that a good gaming keyboard MUST have is a fast response time, comfortable keys and a well laid out layout. A Back light is needed if you like bling or game alot in the dark..... but even that, if you're a pro gamer, you should know where all the keys are already

the rest really doesn't do much. In fact, if you're gaming, it's advisable NOT to use the rest as it hinders your movements.

Sigh........ now waiting to see if Razer is hopping on the OLED bandwagon....... QUOTE
United Keys, a maker of display-key input devices, announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision Industry). As part of this partnership, Foxconn will build display-key input devices using United Keys technology. The first product, a keyboard tailored for PC gaming, will start shipping as early as summer. The company also announced new patents and patents pending in a number of countries, representing a portfolio of IP with broad application making use of display keys.
Display-keys are regular keyswitches with small OLED displays embedded in their tops. This allows interactive and image-based communication between software and users. The promise of display-key input devices is a significant improvement in usability for any application. For example, macros or other actions can be mapped to OLED keys with user-customizable images or icons precisely identifying their function.
In the future, display-key support will be included in new software applications, where keyboard OLEDs change contextually and dynamically, according to United Keys. Driven by intelligent software, images on these small OLEDs will simplify command choices, increase productivity and create a more engaging, interactive computing experience, noted the company.

I started off clicking them accidentally. But I learned the proper grip, and now accidental clickings are kept to a minimal.

t3chn0m4nc3r, you really want to get into the Razer fan boy thread and knock Razer mices?
Anyway, I too have used a Microsoft Intellimouse and Logitech MX500..... All the Razers that I have, The Diamondback, Diamondback 3G, Deathadder AND the Boomslang CE, all beats the other mouses flat because of their design (the Deathadder is still the best transition from other mouses to a Razer), their Sensor (I never used to go above 500DPI because it was too fast and not smooth enough until I tried out the Razer) and the driver quality (So much customization!)....
