OMG, You haven't played Portal until you play it with a RAZER! You really need fast controls to control the portal blast and with on the fly, you can really hone into a single position.......

Sounds like something went wrong with the firmware update.
Normally the latest firmware requires the latest drivers.....

Also, I bought my dad an Evenglide keyboard for his day-to-day use..... seems pretty happy with it. But I'm anxiously waiting for the damn Mako!

I'm waiting to test the Mako to see if it's worth it. I don't have a lot of desktop space, and the small speakers blends well with my other accessories. I don't want a 5.1 system because I just don't have the room for it, so this 2.1 system is right up my alley. If it sounds like crap, of course it's not going to be worth it. But if it sounds good, I'm still getting it, even if I don't game as much as say Everdying.
So far, I can't find a good pair of 2.1 speakers that are small, yet powerful, THX Certified and looks killer.

I like something with a woofer...... not a 2.0 system......
Didn't I mentioned that I wanted a 2.1 system??????
Also, I also said I wanted something that's low profile and not big.......

rsangel, go somewhere you can try out both.
If you're worried about the Copperhead having a higher DPI then the Deathadder.... try it out and see if you can notice a difference.

Also, the ergonomics/form factor depends on your taste. Hold em and try it out.

That's not really much difference, but if you're going to LAN parties or Cyber Cafes alot and like to make custom settings, then you'll want the copperhead for it's built in memory. But if that doesn't matter to you... then either one is a good choice.

Personally, I like the deathadder because of the comfortable shape and the ability to turn off the lights....

Actually, the Boomslang CE is one of the most perfect mouse......

Um, Krait uses the 2G Infrared sensor.... not the 3G one like the Deathadder or Diamonback 3G
