Try out both of them for feel and see which you prefer.
But in terms of reliability? So far the Deathadder has less troubles then the Copperhead.

Copperhead mouses has a well known issue of dying all of the sudden. Ask Everdying...... well..... It dies when you are about to buy a new Razer Mouse to replace it......

Just the Copperhead lah.
The Deathadder so far has been a VERY comfortable and precise weapon. The Diamondback 3G is also VERY VERY VERY good. |

I'm buying the CE, not because it's a great mouse (which it is) but because I want to be a part of Razer History........ The DA is still a damn good mmouse, and I have a feeling I'll be going back to it... but since I'm such the Razer fanboy.... I HAVE to own it

Hahahah... the venom is spreading!
The lycosa is a great alternative to the Tarantula if the base is abit too wide and don't need the additional battle add ons. The Lycosa also has the added advantage of a removable arm rest and full backlighting + control. The only thing you really lose is the macro keys, but you can always program ANY key via the software to remap any key you want, so not really a loss there. Some people complained about the rubber keys, but that's a matter of preference. I like the feel of the tarantula better, and it makes a nice click sound when you depress the keys in. Overall, the Lycosa is a great add on to the Razer line of keyboards. And no, still haven't tried my CE yet. still unwrapping my birthday prezzies! |

Woo hoo! Using the CE now.... The grip feels a little weird and will definitely have some learning curve towards it...... will test out a few FPS and see how it goes...... Boo ya!
Urgh. Can't get used to the side buttons. Died so many times in COD4 because of the side buttons. I think I'm gonna leave it for one more day and then switch back to my DeathAdder. This post has been edited by blacktrix: Dec 18 2007, 03:11 PM |

I doubt there will be a test version of the CE..... it's too precious!
To me, it's a superb mouse that needs to get used to first. Like a Porsche, you'll need to get used to it before you can tame it. |

Yeah, I switched back to my Beamer 6 Series
I'm going to swap my 3G diamondback for the CE on my Laptop........ more show off potential at Starbucks! But then again, the CE will probably take up half the tiny little table space already! |

Tarantula feels like a Laptop style keyboard. Great reaction to me, but some complain there's no full backlighting.
The Lycosa on the other hand, has more of a Rubber feel, but still an excellent keyboard. My thoughts on the Lycosa are above. As for my Starbucks escapades? Will let you know tomorrow as I'll whack out a few rounds of Call of Duty 4 with the CE Oh yeah, will get the Piranha headset when it's out for my Skype needs This post has been edited by blacktrix: Dec 19 2007, 10:04 PM |

To me, the Reclusa was closer to the Tarantula but the Lycosa has a much more "sticky" feeling because of the rubber.
