Saw a new project in Cyberjaya. Freehold condominium. A lot of layout options. This 1550 sqft one interests me the most. Project is next to Sejati lake. Anyone went to see before?

No need see
If you work in cyber then buy it, if not don't buy. Price ok as developer not mark up. For investment not suggest as you can look for other more mature place to invest. Cyberjaya more to own stay. |

I hadn’t go to showroom yet, but planning to visit sometime maybe next week. I’ve been looking at KL property lately, and since I stay quite near Cyberjaya, and liking that place, I was thinking why not consider there also. I guess my plan is just rent out for as long as it can, until one day I want to go in stay on my own. |

Cyberjaya is only suitable for own stay. Cyber old timer home owner here since 2007. Seen many investor that buy only to invest and not stay here get rekt and soon lelonged or desperate til willing to sell below purchase price. Price stagnanted a lot or even drop form purchase price. Its best you buy if you genuinely want to stay and settle down here. iUnique liked this post

Phase 1 is FULLY SOLD. Now Phase 2 have the unit with direct car park infront. Grab it before its too late
