Went to tamariq square to know more about this project. Price wise is not bad at all but all car park outside of your units are fully sold out. As the sa claim most buy for own stay not for investment as the house is big not worth for investment. I staying in cyber for 5 years now, if you looking for investment please look else where as cyber still plenty of empty land, new project popping up here n there. Landed also min 1m above.
