My kid 7yo has been having some feet skin issue for quite some time.
Dry, rashness & slight itchy. A gp & skin specialist advice this is eczema. Been applying doc provided cream & OTC creams from eucerin, soaking with vinegar, slightly improved and comes again

Attached image, do any of your kids experienced the same? Any recommended remedy?

Thanks, I got a friend who is a gp suggested this cream.
It's a 5 days treatment, we completed the 5 days treatment and skin is visibly better.
The pharmacist also suggest cannot long term use as it eat the skin, when I was applying with my fingers to his toes, I did feel burning sensation on the area where my finger has a small crack
