You are using Unifi and want to apply for Maxis fibre? Can you tell us the steps you took to apply?

The proper way should be you register for Maxis fibre with Maxis center or agent, informing them you are switching from Unifi. After that get the transfer ID, bring to a proper Tmpoint and do thumbprint. Pay your Unifi bill 1 month in advance to ensure no outstanding, and then wait for TM to approve the transfer within 10 days.
Maxis will contact you for installation once TM approve the transfer request.
You cannot have 2 providers running at the same address, hence you must go for the transfer process.

You can try call TM and ask them to cancel the existing transfer. Or wait for 2 weeks usually the transfer ID will lapse because you do not  visit Tmpoint to confirm it.

Hi guys, recently I have had some problems with the 300mbps UNIFI package, it is slow, I keep getting buffering on my TV box, as well as 抖音 or TikTok. I am not sure is there anything wrong with the modem or what, I am using the latest modem from UNIFI, which is the Fiberhome SR1041Y router, I have two of them and the second one is connected as a mesh router via LAN cable from ground floor to the upper floor. The TV Box is connected to the main router. I am planning to change to AX73 for stronger coverage since my upper floor is unable to get a good connection although there is a mesh router on the upper floor. Can I get some advice on this?

Warp not working everyday for malaysia or maybe unifi.
The problem started few months ago,
As long as you connected to warp and didn't disable it, then u still can use warp without issue.
But if you disable it,then that is 50% possibility that you will not getting working warp connection from cloudflare.
And also it seems like not happens to every device.
For what I observed, Cloudflare will block some people to connect their warp service, since some people is abusing the service.

And the reason why i said this happens to malaysia user,is because every time my brother had enabled CF warp in singapore,and if he came back,he still able to continue use the warp,but when he disable,and want to enable again,then it might not working again. (At least few time already)
