My unifi 100mbps can only reach around 85mbps these few week. Last time is able to run at 100mbps. Any idea how to fix this? Using both Lan and Wifi connection is same. 85mbps while speedtest, 10MBps when download thing (previous was 12MBps)

My router is tp-link ax55, replaced last year and can run at 100mbps no issue till last few week only left 85mbps, tried restart router and modem but still same



Just updated the firmware and run speedtest using desktop(Wifi),Laptop(Lan), and phone using wifi beside router,all having similar result

i want help my friend ask a question. He using LAN for internet and the router is dlink DIR-X1860Z (Unifi default wifi 6). While we play game (CSGO) together, which is hosted by one of my friend, we all have stable ping (30ms--) but only the friend mentioned above having 100ms++ ping with 10%++ package loss, but sometime will be stable bit but still high compare to us (60ms++ , 0%package loss).In addition, we got try another game call Raft, and hosted by same ppl, I can join the game with low ping but the mentioned friend unable to join the game at all (We (including the mentioned friend) got play raft together few month ago with no issue, also few month ago his csgo have stable ping) Anyone know what possible issue cause that?
Some solution like, flush ip/dns those had been tried but no help

Forgot to mention, all of us except the one host are 100mbps, host using 500mbps

Can, last time (Around December 2022) I asked for that by Twitter chat. no additional charge so far. Will require some information from you such as the reason u want public IP (For me I want to host a game server and I send the webpage of that game hosting guideline that states will require public IP to host), then the Customer service say will pass to related department for investigate and then 2nd day morning i got the public IP

Should be able to approve, for me I request public IP with reason of i want to host CSGO (A game in case you dont know)'s dedicated server

can i ask for swu package through online chat? My unifi account owner is my father and i dont think he will go TM point to ask for SWU package. I am currently on 100mbps package and contract ended on march this year
