anyone seniors here can advise if my hypptv remote is not responsive even changing the battery of the remote, can i request from TM for replacements?

my unifi has been down since last friday, 1st TM technician came the day itself, and left because he said he can't do anything, 2nd TM technician came on Saturday, replaced the fibre from the green box behind my house to the under sewage behind my house, and yet not available, then replaced the under the sewage optics to some smaller box behind my house, that solve the trick, but then its only last for 30 mins, and down again on saturday, then 3rd technician came yesterday, checked and say is a underground problem, and till today no one responds, anyone face this before?

so if i storm to tm point to threaten, i will get cheaper for 800mbps? currentlying paying 253 with chinese pack, and white stb box.

so just go mention SWU plan and they will know? is there a pager that say which SWU downgrade?

based on my previous exp, when I started using unifi just started from 5mbps, I do see the ping gets lesser then lesser as the speed increases. And for certain files, that you dl from file hosting sites, especially u don't have a premium account with them, with free account, there'll be capped speed, so by upgrading, did helps to accelerate the free account dl speeds, till I notice you can get full speeds by using debrids services. And tbh, there's no point using 800mbps, unless your equipments like router and devices are able to support wifi 6. like in my case, I uses wifi 6 router, but most of my wifi devices won't be able to max out 800mbps, even so they have wifi 6 capabilities. unless you uses LAN port, then u can truly maximises 800mbps.

so went to Unifi at Shah Alam, they never offered me SWU 2.0, and just recorded my IC for tracking.

Then went to Jalan Meru, was offered SWU2.0, for RM129 300Mbps, but I took with Unifi TV for RM149, but only can select the standard pack, was told the 6 months FREE, is not part of the contract, so its total 18 months of fulfilment actually.

Downgrading from 800Mbps, not sure how used to I'll be, do anyone know how long they will start reducing my speed?

yes I just came back from there, so I've downgraded from Unifi 800MBps YEP 2019 RM235.35 after taxes to SWU 2.0 300MBps with Unifi TV for RM149, Free 6 Months, contract 24 months, starts after the 6 months end, and got new Wifi 6 Router and latest UPB.

believe usually is 1, is there anyone gotten more than 1? but won't be using it anyway, since I bought ax73 for 800mbps before.

149 with standard chinese/malay/indian content excluding sst, yes tie with new contract, i gotten new upb box and router, modem then wont change, unless spoilt

btw, i cancelled my order swu2.0 of 300mbps to retain my 800mbps, since its hard to get 800mbps.

curious right, did any of you get some price reduction in this new month? say previous month RM199 + RM30 Ruby Plus, then this month only RM199, for 800Mbps.

but thing is i didnt sign up for any contract renewal, so i dont think its the same thing.
