Weird my bill for Oct which is usually RM159 (RM168.55 after tax) - Loyalty Super Value + Free Mesh M4 reduced to 130.88 (discount 75.53). Any changes to the rates?

TM really fucked up their discounts. Different ppl get different type of discounts especially during the gobind era. It’s quite unfair. Probably TM should start introducing new packages at fixed rates (like TIME does) and phase out legacy packages with inconsistent discounts.

if one person is entitled to a discount, i reckon others should also get the same rate. not until need to threaten to change, then only wanna give the discount.

i just got my unifi early last year. so i'm also not eligible for any of the discounts. i got no issue if the discount is given but make it standard la. not senyap2 bagi org.

this is the chance for TM to streamline their pricing across various speed rather than the shitshow now. if want new speed, gotta accept the new pricing.

This is Unifi’s best chance to phase out the legacy plan and avoid various price points. Those on the older plan should be stuck until they accept the newer plan with standard pricing.

The SA didn’t mention anything bout the 1 year temp 500mbps upgrade. He did tell that UNIFI trying to phase out 100MBPS package.

I just agreed to 300mbps with 6 mths waiver. But no mention of the temporary upgrade. Ah well 300 also more than enough for me. 💁🏼‍♂️

RM119 for 18mths with free 6 mths is about RM89/mth bro. Cheaper than the 100MBPS package.

Yesterday, after lunch went to TM Point Shah Alam. Not many people, straight to the counter and said to the counter lady - "Hi, I want to subscribe to SWU 3.0 RM119 package". Then she look at me and said "Okay, may I have your IC sir". All done within 15 mins.  thumbup.gif

Later today they're sending their technician to bring that mesh router and stuffs.  thumbsup.gif

dude, u edi have a good offer. 119 is barebones plan. if u wanna let go all those add-ons, then ok to move to SWU. my take is better wait till the new rates are announced before committing for another 2 years.

well..my initial contract was 500mbps with free Deco M4 mesh. had 2 more weeks to finish contract. but TMPoint let me move to SWU3.0. my advice is go to TMPoint CYberjaya.
