Do anyone here have any clue why rarbg torrent is slow? None of the http and udp tracker is working. Is this rarbg issue or something on my end?

in my case, I need a port from TM HSBB which TM refused to give to Digi with the excuse was no port available. The only way to get in is through Unifi. I wasted 10 working days trying to get Digi fibre installed in my home with no result. TM installed Unifi within 5 working days and the installation contractors came on a public holiday. My contract expires next year, I still undecided on my next ISP, probably either Digi or Maxis.

i also download telegram very slow but after 2am above speed abit batter can hit 12mbps mean 1mb/sec
12pm i try telegram download still slow most 100kb/sec like 1mbps and 1pm also slow 1.30pm also slow telegram

you using maxis fibre so you area is maxis infra or tm infra

unifi my contract ended but i unable to try maxis fibre due 24month
if i don't like maxis fibre can't early back Unifi

1. When outdoors cable (from DB to house) is severed, do I have to bear any cost for the cable replacement?
2. Is it necessary to do splicing at the modem or straight connection using fast connector will do?

in somewhat rare cases, Maxis, Celcom, the others will lay their own infrastructure
as for TIME, they try to expand but usually is limited to only high rise
