Just upgraded to 300M SWU deal @ 129, retaining the free calls (got this confirmed on the slip). How to check in the portal if I still have the free call package?

can do - if charge, i complain. Will check with CS too. Funny one cant see anymore if included or not.

Checked back with CS they confirmed in chat Free Call is included. I will keep the copy of my slip just in case. We put price and all details on it.

Went to TM point and told them I want to change to SWU 300 package at 129 RM. The lady just look at me and say OK. Double checked no more TV pack and if I can maintain the free calls at 129 (same price as my 129 100 pack before). She confirm, put all the details on the slip, sign and chop - I keep a copy. Super fast, next day they come and replace me old Modem and give another free Wifi6 router (not using it, mine is better).

Renew contract 2 years that is all. For 129 I dont complain. I never use the HyppTV so that was a waste of money to me.
