Hi guys, recently I have had some problems with the 300mbps UNIFI package, it is slow, I keep getting buffering on my TV box, as well as 抖音 or TikTok. I am not sure is there anything wrong with the modem or what, I am using the latest modem from UNIFI, which is the Fiberhome SR1041Y router, I have two of them and the second one is connected as a mesh router via LAN cable from ground floor to the upper floor. The TV Box is connected to the main router. I am planning to change to AX73 for stronger coverage since my upper floor is unable to get a good connection although there is a mesh router on the upper floor. Can I get some advice on this?

I think Maxis is going to offer 1Gbps to its customer soon, I recently change to Maxis Family Fibre plan with 300mbps, and inside the contract they emailed me stating that I can upgrade to maxis family plan fiber 1Gbps at RM150/per month

Yes sorry, I meant I am paying 499 per month now, I meant I can upgrade to 1gbps with additional charges Rm150. But what’s the point I am talking about it here is that they didn’t release the plan officially but instead they have already updated their Terms and Conditions document sheet.
