You need to go into the router settings. Each router has different settings.

It shouldn't affect anything. Just try it.

From Device Manager, uninstall the network adapter, reboot laptop and let it reinstalls the driver.

anybody having issues on unifi now? since half an hour ago having packet loss, i only get 10-30mbps and some website hiccuping and hard to load. My neighbour also have the same issue


valorant confirmed the packet loss to be 10% even to singapore server, very sensitive 128hz data rate to server. normally it is 0%

Yes, you can request for a change. Huawei are good and reliable. It's free too. TM changed my HG850a, 100mbps max to a HG8240H, 1Gbps max a few years ago.

Have you enabled your IPv6?
No problem here with IPv6 enabled.

I changed few time routers either myself or by TM when upgrade. I still use back the same ppoe ID and PW over the past 10 years.

So change my package, now its called unifi 300 - extra plus. Comes with new wifi6 router, Ultimate pack, UPB, and Disney+, as well as 6 months 500mbps, and 1 month waiver.

Didn't really need the router or the box, so I just stream on my current Shield Pro. Gotta say how.. bad the playTV quality is on 4K tv, but I only watch it for the occasional dinner news ( me old, so old style..), 90% of the time my kids will be Youtube/Netflix/Disney on it. But still.. feels like it looks worse than my previous UnifiTV stream.
