TM have been sitting on their asses for the past four months. 

Do we need to walk in TMpoint to get such offer? I'm on 300mbps + aneka for rm136.75 monthly. I tried to live chat with them but they refused to give any offer.

I think my 300mbps provided Dlink router have issue on wifi device (phone) connect with full bar, but no internet access. most of the time happen on 5ghz..time to time on 2.4ghz
Is there any router to suggest to replace it?

I got old streamyx router VR600R is it better than that shitty Dlink AX router?

not really. i personally dont feel i get benefit from regular firmware update etc when previously i use TPlink that router thread guys say never update and no experience any issue.
currently i still got VR600R in my hand, hence asking that. (not sure it able to support fiber routing or not)

Guys. Out of topic a bit. I collected key for my new house recently but unfortunately i cant apply for unifi due to TM unifi is not available and demand is not up to expectation yet.

However developer informed that infra is all done and everything is pending tm now. Is there any channel that we can make complaint so that tm can deploy service faster?

Email to who 1st ya? Bcoz few neighbours went to kedai TM to check and said address not ready in their system so cannot register. Need to wait for demand.

If MCMC, which is the fastest way? I registered mcmc portal but it asks to choose service provider for the complaint but TM not available yet. Then i saw aduan@cfm.my and aduanskmm@mcmc.gov.my email to complain. Not sure which one to use so that we can escalate this issue to relevant authorities.

So, after waiting seven months we can expect amazing savings of around RM6 for the RM89/30Mbps package and RM9 for the RM129/100Mbps package?

If this time free turbo upgrade should be faster,since i think TM already implement the infrastructure upgrade in last few months.
And since they already providing 2gbps plan for user to subscribe,most people might just need to wait for the time for getting the new BTU and abit more time in order to get the 1gbps or higher speed upgrade.

... Maxis application approved but I have yet to go to TM.

Anyone else excited for September news? I know we shouldn't expect miracle but it's so kan cheong. Hope they lower the price instead of double the speed

..., if not maybe I’ll just get her to take the 1Gbps Ngam or just upgrade in app to get the 1Gbps package with free 2Gbps upgrade
