Went to TM Point do transfer request from tm to maxis. Maxis offer for 6 month bills waives but after the tm staff discuss they offer me 3 month bills waives. so i proceed with with TR.

Yes i know the funny thing is they know maxis offer 6 month waives they still insist 3 month the best offer they can provide.

I've just got a whatsapp from Unifi Care asking me if I'm interested in upgrading to a Wifi 6 router for a 2-year contract renewal...

Any ideas which router model they're giving out...?

This is on a premise where I'm not always there... only usage for my family so no power user here... they're still rocking an old D-Link Wifi 5 router supplied by Unifi...

im really annoyed right now, ask 3 times livechat support, all 3 gives different answers. One said need to pay 300 penalty, one said need to pay 200 penalty, one said no need.

Yesterday I called 100, ask again no need pay penalty but will renew contract 2 years. Today get called from them again, say sorry 100 cannot do downgrade, need to go tmpoint and do it youself, further more need to pay the remaining months before you can downgrade.

DAFUQ?!

How about 50Mbps package?

There are only 3 possibilities.

1. That issac99289928 is right and there will be speed upgrades as he says.
2. That issac99289928 is wrong and there will be discounts for 800M packages and below.
3. That status quo will remain.

For option 1, TM will have to spend quite an amount of money to change modem for existing 800M and 500M users to upgrade them to new packages. Do you think TM will accept that?
For option 2, TM is going to have reduced ARPU. Do you think TM will accept that?
For option 3, if it happened, I will be protest voting PAS next GE.

So, what do you think will happen?

Vote PAS in and there will be nothing to stream and therefore no need high speed broadband.
